Incastone founder, James Allen has recently created a new company in partnership with a former Incastone client. The company has adopted the working practices of Incastone and reuses and reclaims materials wherever possible.
Incahome Property Ltd was incorporated in Oct 2014 and is a property development company with its main focus towards renovating Cornish coastal properties and turning them into holiday lets.
Our first property was purchased in Feb 2015 and has undergone a year long renovation. The cottage is located close to Padstow and within 2 miles of the beautiful beach at Porthcothan Bay.
