Recently purchased, this wonderful Clifton Town house had received a complete internal renovation.
The owners focus now turned to the garden.
With a large sun terrace spanning out over a basement extension connecting garden to house we liased closely with the garden designer to create a contemporary yet functional outdoor space.
The design included a large central rectangular lawn and pathways either side taking the family to a rear timber Cedar gazebo seating area with a Hoggin base and a play area beyond this for the children.
All borders and planting beds received a variety of new shrubs, trees and flowers.
The paving used throughout the build was six-sided sawn Indian sandstone, its smooth and light colour gives a contemporary feel to the house and compliments the steel glass box feature that links ground floor to basement.
Environmentally friendly rubber chippings were laid in the play area and brown pea gravel below the main terrace.
