After completing landscaping works at the front of the property, a year later our client asked us to tackle the rear garden in similar fashion.
We removed the old, tired patio and replaced this with similar Indian sandstone paving as to the front. We built a raised seating area and raised Pennant stone planting beds along the side boundary walls.
The clients wanted to make good use of the garden space while ensuring low maintenance so we built large Oak sleeper planting beds, some for flowers and shrubs, others for vegetables.
The evening sun could be chased at the lower end of the garden so we built a brushed Limestone cobbled seating area here, perfect for winding down with a glass of wine after a hard day at the office.
Highland pebbles were laid between the beds and willow screens installed to hide the rear garage area which is in the process of securing planning to be turned into a mews cottage.
