This elegant Clevedon town house had received a beautiful internal renovation over the last few years by its current owners and they now directed their attentions to the exterior of the property.
Incastone were contracted to re-point and rebuild, where necessary all boundary stone walls and re-cope these walls with new Bath stone coping.
We remodelled the steps to the front entrance, making them all of equal height and stone faced repaved in Indian sandstone.
We installed new gates/posts to add security for the rear garden, new Indian sandstone paving along the side of the property and below the front basement window area.
We created a triangular Oak sleeper planting bed for a Japanese Maple complete with spike lights to create evening shadow and illumination. Other lighting was installed on the driveway for security and outdoor plug sockets were added.
A new driveway was created using our signature “Hoggin” mix, offering a self draining, buff coloured self binding gravel driveway that offers great value for money whilst retaining a top quality finish.
Indian sandstone cobbles were laid along the driveway perimeter giving a beautiful natural stone edging to retain the Hoggin driveway.
