Bucklands Lane, Nailsea. Boundary stone wall rebuild

A large front boundary wall required a complete rebuild with a new retaining block wall constructed behind the front facing of stonework.

New footings were dug and ready mix concrete poured in.

A block work wall was constructed with steel wall ties built into it to secure the front stone wall facing to the retaining section. Weep holes were placed at regular intervals to allow for drainage.

The majority of the building stone was reclaimed on-site and we sourced a few tonnes locally to continue the style and colour of the original wall and surrounding walls and buildings.
