Due to the recent cold/ wet winter 0f 2022/23 a large boundary wall section collapsed in Leigh Woods.
This wall borders Ashton Court deer enclosure so there was an urgency for it to be rebuilt ASAP.
Total dimensions were approx 12m length and a height of 2.4m, all necessary walling stone was reclaimed and cleaned from site and used during the rebuild.
A new garden gate and lintel were also constructed and fixed.
The wall was rebuilt using a cement based mortar with a Holme sand and stonedust mix. All original clay half circle copings were then installed along the top.
Project duration of 12 working days.
